When you use our contact or quote forms we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and message or job details — used only to respond to your enquiry and provide our services.

How we process your data

Form submissions are sent by email using Resend. Resend processes message content and email addresses as a processor in order to deliver mail. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Retention

Enquiry-related emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for ordinary business, accounting, and legal purposes. You may ask what we hold and request correction or deletion where applicable.
